2. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods.

The contract is concluded through:

  • Our order confirmation via email; or

  • The shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD ($) and include applicable taxes where required.

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

The invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping typically takes 6–8 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 7–10 business days.

We will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible if there are significant delays affecting an order.

5. Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping within the United States.

Shipping costs, if applicable to a particular order, will be displayed during the ordering process.

We currently only deliver to addresses within the United States.

6. Return and Cancellation Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a return, the customer must clearly inform us, for example by email.

After an approved return request:

  • The customer returns the goods in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Return Policy

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and undamaged.

  • Be returned in their original packaging or in reasonably good condition.

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping is free and a prepaid return label will be provided.
